CPO records in Infiniti's database?

The service manager at my nearby dealership I visited today brought up something very interesting...according to him, CPO cars usually have a record in Infiniti's database that so-and-so work has been done for CPO certification (or at least he said that the dealership I went to at least does it). Apparently he couldn't find one for my CPO from another dealership. Should I be worried?

If it didn't matter enough to you before you bought the car, why should it matter now? If the car seems fine and is under warranty, I'd just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

No, you shouldn't worry. He's telling you that so as to raise your concern, at which point you ask him what you should do. Then he'll say you should bring it in for them to do a thorough 65,367 point checklist. He will find several things (maintenance items - nothing that is covered by your warranty) that urgently need to be addressed. Which he will be glad to perform... for a not so reasonable fee.

TL;DR - he wants to sell you service.
