Should I be worried or excited?

So in the end of December I was interested in upgrading from my 2004 G35x Sedan that had around 160k on it. I chose to upgrade to a 2009 G37x Sedan with 65k miles on it and have been regretting it ever since. Recently I have been shopping around for a fully loaded G37s in the 15-18000 range and I found one with 82k miles that has a stillen gen 3 CAI, Tein lowering springs, and "upgraded" clutch hydraulics. He also told me that he bought this car from a friend in Florida after an animal chewed through a radiator hose causing his engine to blow under warranty and get replaced at around 35-40k miles under warranty through Infiniti and he says he has documentation to prove it. Also, when he was shipping it here from Florida they fried the clutch causing him to replace the clutch components with "upgraded" parts.

Should I be excited that I'm getting an engine with 40-45k miles for much cheaper than I would be otherwise as well as some nice mods I would probably be making otherwise or should I be worried that the car had a blown motor at one point?

edit: I just asked and he said it's the Z speed kit.

That's what I figured. He's been nothing but helpful throughout the entire deal so I figured he wasn't trying to screw me.

Get the documentation tho. But hell it sounds like your already committed so no need in being worried now. He prolly ran the car hard. But with a new engine n stuff that's hopefully out of his system. May want to be safe n buy an extended warranty. I would. But congrats on the buy! If I could go back in time I would've bought one with at least some of the many many mods I have on mine now lol. So your ahead of the game a bit plus you got a great deal.
