I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me a ballpark on how much I can get for mine... It's a 2012 G37 Sedan XS (debadged), 3 owners (I'm the 3rd), 83k mileage now, purchased at 76k in February 2017.
Current Mods on it:
Ark Grip CBE
Berk HFC
Admin Tuning 3' CAI Custom PowderCoat Illusion Malbec
Uprev osiris Tuned with 5 maps. Security features included
Tanabe Strut Bar
Hotchkis Sway Bars
BC Br coilovers
19' Velgen Vmb5s 19x9.5 19x10.5 Setup Less then 4k miles
Michelin PS4 285/35/19 Rear 245/40/19 Less then 4k miles
SPC Rear camber Kit
SPR Front Control Arm
Custom Roof Spoiler
The rest is lightning modifications.
I'm thinking around the 19k range?

Thats why people choose to part out before selling a modded car. but things are not easy, because very few people keep their old parts for years just to swap back in when selling the car. not to mention in your case, your car most likely com modded in the first place.
I agree with him as well, your car's market value is less than 16k. However if you are super lucky (say super because it's really hard to find people like your mods and like the car the way it's), you may be able to sell 2k-3k more, but its very unlikely.
So yes, if you still have stock parts, swap them back in, you should at 16k no problem, and sell those mod parts for 2k-3k if you have time dealing with forums or facebook groups, etc.
For me, I would just let it go asap for my next car because I know I am losing tons of money modding cars from the first place.
BTW, in case you are off the market for a while. A base 2015 Q40/Q37 sedan with under 20k miles listed for only $19k. no matter how heavy your car is modded, it's value is still mainly based on a stock one (or year and miles mostly).

August 7th 2017:
2011 G37x
Premium, Navigation, wood trim, performance wheel/tire package
Auto transmission
67,500 miles
$14,200 + TTL
Purchased from Infiniti dealer
Clean Carfax with maintenance history
New tires
No paint/body work
Overall condition "9.5" for the age/miles (windshield has been replaced)
3rd owner
Deals are out there if you're willing to drive, research values first, and walk away from a bad deal. I was in "the business" for 11 years and use KBB, NADA and Edmunds to average the wholesale value of my trade and the dealer's vehicle. Using the dealer's vehicle I take average trade and add $300 reconditioning, $900 dealer pack and $1,000 profit to get a ballpark of what I want to pay. Also - the dealer I purchased from offers low internet pricing but have a $1,350 add on fee and look to make additional profit with financing, warranty, etc. - I refused to pay that fee and knew that I was approved for rates as low as 2% when I went in which ensured I got a fair deal.
Additionally, I build my deal before going to the dealer so I know what the payment should be using a vehicle calculator that figures sales tax, dealer fees ("Doc" fee), registration fees, title fees, etc. and I'm using +/- $1.00 of final monthly payment.
Going into the deal educated and realistic cuts through the BS. Just because you saw a car on eBay for a price doesn't mean you'll get it, just as your car may not be worth what you owe on it - regardless of what you've done to it.

Brand new to the forums so hopefully this applies:
2015 CPO Q40 Sedan Invoice Price at $21k.
23k miles, premium, navigation, AWD, black on black, already tinted, and 9.9/10 conditioning in and out.
Bought the wrap insurance including wheel/tire repair (midwest winters and potholes).
Roughly 25k out the door.
Good deal or could have gotten better?

2008 G37s Coupe 6MT black on black with 81k miles for $12,000 about 3 weeks ago. I could have talked him down more but I thought it was a fair price since he had owned it since 2010.
