That's not a bad deal, there is probably a few extra grand you can fight for.

Try looking in the for sale section here, or a local private party. You can save even more if you avoid the dealer.

True, you will save more because its a private party sale and a private party cannot buy a CPO tag from the manufacturer. I'd be happy to spend a few thousand more for the CPO, and piece of mind, but that's a personal decision.

That sounds like a good deal, but "is it a good deal" is subjective. I don't think there is a few thousand more, but that's my opinion, usually dealers won't let you out the door unless you have their lowest price in case you shop around..

I would do that deal, but its personal opinion, where you are located plays into the price, so keep that in mind when asking on a forum. I sell cars, sometimes I charge sticker or over sticker and people love me and think they got a great deal and others we lose thousands and they think I'm scum and could have done better. So again, "is it a good deal" is perception. If you can afford it, you're ok paying that price, the car is worth it to you, then yes, it's a great deal.

Agreed, I would do the deal. Millage is good, and it's a CPO. If you want to negotiate further, instead of trying to push the price down more, see if they'll give you the extended warranty for under 1k (10 year, 120k miles, bumper to bumper).
