Price check on a loaded 2012 G37x Sedan

I just went and test drove a 2012 G37x Sedan. As far as I know, these are the specs:

Premium Package
Navigation package
21,600 miles
CPO

Condition of the car is almost brand new. I saw a few rock chips on the front and a very faint rash on the bottom of the front bumper, but other than that, I couldn't tell it wasn't a new car if it was cleaned out a bit (has been sitting on the lot for a month, was a little dirty). Everything worked perfectly, the carfax checks out - no accidents, regular maintenance every 3-4k miles, 1 owner lease, etc.

Dealership wants $27,000 and is firm on the price. According to edmunds this car should retail for ~33k, which seems a bit rich. I feel like the 27k is a fair price, but they lowballed me incredibly hard on my trade-in. I started to walk and they came up a grand on it, but it's still a few thousand less than what I'm willing to accept. Assuming I can get my trade-in to a fair value, is 27k a reasonable price for this car? It seems like it is to me, but it has been sitting on their lot for over a month now..

kbb.com says $29,770, so $27k seems good for CPO.
