Certified Pre Owned Question

So I am about to buy my 2010 and I thought about it...if I buy a CPO in LA can I get it serviced in Santa Rosa where I live? I am pretty sure the answer is yes but I want to make sure there is no absolute must for me to get the car fixed 394 miles away! LOL And can I get my car serviced at the Nissan dealer? They will honor Infiniti warranty right?

You can have your car serviced at any Infiniti dealer regardless of where purchased. Nissan dealers may be glad to service your Infiniti but they may not perform any warranty work.

Your car can get serviced anywhere you like. Your driveway or garage, your favorite trusted independent mechanic, any other Nissan or Infiniti dealer. Whatever. Up to you.

As for warranty work, you must take your car to an Infiniti dealer for that. But any Infiniti dealer will do.

Chekov is correct. Nissan dealerships cannot perform any work on an Infiniti under factory warranty, but they can perform any service that you are paying for. Typically their labor rates are cheaper and the technicians receive identical training.

Hi guys, Has anyone else had any CPO problems? I have doubts as to whether the
check was done at all after finding missing screws, paint problems, missing
tie down loops and trunk parts, at first oil change it looked like the air filters,
part of the CPO check, had NEVER been changed on my 2011g37x. Contacted
dealer, no reply, Infiniti is presently looking into the situation.
Thanks

Unfortunately, there are a lot of unscrupulous dealers out there that take short cuts and give the brand a bad name.

You should have received a CPO check list of items that they had to inspect and bring to Infiniti standards. If an item is shown to have been replaced and was not then Infiniti will take this matter very seriously.
