help with lease with 6mt sedan

Hey guys I'm in search of a 6mt sedan
I have found a few dealers that are willing to find it for me and deliver but I need some help before hand with the price.
I'm currently leasing a 2010 sedan with nav for $379 a month and $4000 due at signing (I know I paid a lot lesson learned)
Now I see prices for a 13 sedan 6mt on truecar for $33500-35000 and the dealer I'm talking to currently is listed on truecar for $33500.

They tell me that the price listed is for buy and not lease. Where on truecar, it says the same price can be optioned for lease.

Can you guys shine your light on me on what you have leased and how much down payment you've given and what's your monthly payment.

I want to keep it in the $300s with zero down. Is it possible?

Right now you should be able to get a really really good good deal on a 13 g37 sedan since there trying to push them out making way for the new q50s, seeing what others paid I wouldn't pay no more 300 a month with no more than 1500 down or so

Factory incentives are different from lease to purchase. You cannot lease a car at the Truecar price.

More importantly, there are only 7 6MT model cars left in the entire country. That is it for the manual G37 sedans. Infiniti is no longer manufacturing the manuals. Once the remaining 7 are gone that will be it.

If you want a manual, you better buy one NOW.

The least expensive 6MT, anywhere near you is in Tuscon. That car has a MSRP of $39,555.

An aggressive lease deal on that would be around $850 total drive off with $350 + tax payments. That is a 24 month 10k mile per year lease.

You cannot compare to what other have gotten as most of those are $36k - $38k cars. The one you want is much more expensive.
