This is the deal I got

The dealership is Fette Infiniti in Northern NJ

The car is a G37X with premium package. He dealer didn't give me a selling price for some off reason even though I requested it a couple of times.
Out of pocket I pay $2,609.73.For a 10K,a year lease.

1st payment: $353.08
Motor Vehicle:$233.00
Doc fees: $464.00
Tax on Vehicle $32.48
NJ Tire Tax $7.50
Cap Reduction Cost $1519.67

Total $2609.73

Can I do better than this and if so what should I go in expecting better?

Just for your reference, my brother-in-law just picked up a G37S Sedan (msrp $48k) on a 24 month lease, $2000 out of pocket, $300 a month with taxes included.

Yeah you are putting WAY too much "down" .... You should be walking out with a car with no more than $1089.98

If I remember correctly, I put 1K down for a 2013 G37xS Sedan with Premium Sport & Navi and got 353 including taxes for 10k/year 24 month lease.

Let me know if you need a connect - Ray Catena Infiniti's Craig Sirota is awesome to deal with. PM me and I can give you my info to help you bolster a legit deal...

Give us the MF and price of the car along with the residual they are giving you.

Put that extra $1519.67 into a security deposit and you get your money back after your lease is up.

Well, first of all, you negotiate the selling price first, before even mentioning lease.
Once you have negotiated the price, you ask for the money factor.

Lock those 2 things down.

Then you buy a lease calculator, like the app I have on my iPhone, so you know they arent sticking it to you.

As others have mentioned you negotiate price first prior to mentioning lease. (Did you ask for your credit score because that matters.

If you shlep down to Edison get an internet price quote from Circle before you go.
Then go down there and give them your best price.
You may discover as I did that you can save thousands over Catena's fancy showroom prices on high priced Route 1 real estate.

Based on the figures, I think you can do a little better.

Call Rob Sferlazza at Ramsey Infiniti @ (201) 327-5100 - tell him that Barry (with the convertible) sent you! And, tell him that I say hello. He will take care of you!
