NY/NJ in north east Vehicles WHY?

NY/NJ in north east Vehicles WHY?
Ok, I'm located in Ma. and all the used cars I seem to look at a good 75% are coming from Auction and originated in NY/NJ on the Car Fax.
I don't really trust car fax reports all that much. I am just skeptical of these being laundered storm vehicles from last year. Just seems as there is an influx of them up here. Wondering if anyone knows of an explanation?
