between these two, which would you choose?

1st car is a 2010. has higher miles, and the asking price is the cost plus 1500 in fees. It was in great condition, few scratches here and there, but its a used car.

2nd car is a 2009. from a reputable dealer, has lower miles service records, etc. asking price, 24,275.

is 2010 upgrades worth the extra money over the 2009? Im having a hard time, is this also a DG color car? I did see it, but have seen so many i cant remember lol. thanks for the help!

update, the 2010 I got him to 24,695. claimed he will show me the paperwork, hes only making a few bucks on it, but wants to move the car.

2010: fully loaded. 50k miles 24,695
2009: fully loaded. 25k miles 24,275.

both cars very clean. any advice from the G37 experts?

I will always go for the lower mileage car even if it's a year older.
