been looking at a g37x sedan to lease. just a few questions

I've been looking for a new car to replace my trusty and reliable 2004 avalon. I'm 24 so its time for something a bit more sporty.
I was comparing the following cars, g37x, charger rt, maxima, optima sx and the g37x seems to be the cheapest to lease with the highest residual. Is it cheap to lease because the q50 is coming out soon or do g37's in general usually lease well.
Thanks

^^Stay away from kia/hyundai products -- you will not be happy - nothing sporty at all about the optima other than the shape. If you want sporty, forget about the x, get the g37s. The coupe version of the xs is a whole different animal than the sedan version of the same.

You'll get a way better deal on a G37 than the new Q50 since it will be brand new and the demand will be high.

I just got mine for $340/mo with tax included for 24 mos, 10K a year with $1,250 total out of pocket (bank fee, first mo, dmv, registration, etc).
The car is an X, with nav, wood, and illuminated kick plates.
I think it's a decent deal. You can't get anything close to this car for this kind of money.
It's a 45K car. A fully loaded toyota camry is about $340/mo

I think you can negotiate for lower than what I got my Sedan for:

-$379/month w/tax
-12k a year
-$400 out of pocket
-comes with nav/premium package/first aid kit matts blah blah blah
-not the awd model

I wasn't pushing the deal that hard since I actually needed to leave and I didn't want to keep going back and forth- but I think the dealer would've been able to take me in at 0 down and $330 a month for a 10k and maybe 350 a month for a 12k-er? (i clearly remember there being a $21 dollar or so difference with a 2k mileage increase)

Key notes:
You must emphasize to them that the new Q model is coming out - and what'll they have the G sedan for then?

Try and online quote first

Btw my money factor was .000337. I forgot the other details though

Would you mind telling me where you got this deal? I'm getting quotes in the mid $4xx range with $0 down... and slightly higher out of pocket

I put $2971 down, 319 a month on a loaded G37xS with sport, premium, navigation, illuminated kickplates, spoiler and midnight grill with a 47k sticker for 2 years, 15k a year. Would have been 440 a month with 0 down.

How does that sound?

Keep in mind that credit score and credit reports enter into every deal.
Any negative info in ones credit report is going to cost them more when leasing,
