New member. New (Soon to be) owner of G37 S in the DC area. Never owned one. Would like to know if this is a good deal and/or how much you would REALLY pay for it.

That sounds pretty high to me. Get them down closer to $20K or find another one. Look on big national used car websites for similar cars and see what they're asking for them to determine what's a good price. And also sites like KBB and Edmunds.

Welcome to forum you'll find it's a very helpful place
As a DC native also, I payed about 25k with 32k miles
But also with navi included for my 08 coupe

 

I paid that much for mine but mine had nav had a little more miles though

 

Thanx guys for the helpful input. I now know what is a good range for a 08/09 with 30k miles.

 

Doesn't sound like that great of a deal. Mine was 27500 sticker price with 13970 miles. Comes with everything except tech, rear spoiler, and kick plates. Keep looking around and be patient!
