Long story short.....My G37 convertible had so many issues it is being repurchased on a decision arbitration victory. I say victory because I'm appauled with Infiniti. Lying from the dealership is nothing new. Lying from the top at Corporate....not good! This is ultimately why I'm leaving. It comes from the top and that is a company you do not want to be affiliated with. Pick up my new BIMMER tomorrow. So long Infiniti!!!!

*PS a class action suit should be a consideration for any of you convertible owners with issues and a law firm willing to make a ton of money....

What happened that you had to evoke the lemon law? We're the problems not repairable?

 

Over 56 days in service in 9months of ownership and repairs that ultimately... YES could not be addressed because Infiniti REFUSES to admit there is a design flaw in the roof mechanism. Again I understand things happen...but the way Infiniti chooses to go about handling the problem is a laugh in the competive car manufacturing world of luxury vehicles. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
