Buy 08 Coupe (Good deal?) or Wait for 09s?
I can get a 2008 G37 AT coupe with Nav for $21,000. The car as ~50,000 miles and is in great condition.
The 2009s cost way more but I was wondering how long I'd have to wait to get a lower price, since the 2014 G is coming next Spring and others may be coming off lease.
Do you guys think the 2008 I can get is a good deal or should I wait?

I have an 08 and love it, with the 5spd trans less known issues from what i have heard. And transgo kit applicable. I got mine for 23k with 36,000 miles about a year ago.21 seems like a good price if the car is in great shape as you said. GL
The prices on the will drop more on the 08-12's once the new G sedan comes out and the new coupe comes out the following year. They usually go down a decent amount once a new design has been released, which should happen in the next 6 months.
I have started seeing 2008' going for low 20's with decent mileage. I would guess this time next year with the release of the new gen sedan and the coupe following the 2008 g37s will finally be selling in the upper teens. Sad to see.
That is so depressing, makes me sad that in a few years, everyone will have a G37.

@Brandisher: I don't have a specific 09' in mind but basic 09's cost $25,000+ within 150 miles of where I live.
I'm thinking of just getting a 2009 LCI BMW 328 Sedan because I can get it for the same price and it has less miles. The 328 has Sport, Premium, and Cold Weather packages.
I'd prefer a coupe but, for the price, the BMW sedan is tempting (I don't like the look of the G37 sedan).
I'm 19 and I don't need the practicality of the sedan but the deal is too good. I need a car soon so I can't wait until the middle of next year to buy one.
