Went to the dealership to work out a lease on a sedan

With the 18 month lease going on i figured i would be able to score a lease around 300 for a g37x with premium, and navi.
Here is the break down of it and I want to know if this seems right. I am asking because I have seen people here getting g37x with nav for right around 300 a month.

MSRP- 43,295
Sale price- 40,273 (i thought it would be lower but it seems the extra 2k off is only for purchasing)
Acquistion fee- 700
Govt fees- 110 (title and license)
Doc fees- 187.45

18 months
78% for 12,000 miles
MF .00048

So with 0 cap reduction I would still have to pay 1992.77 due at signing for (upfront taxes, first month, acqisition fee, govt fees, doc fees)

and my monthly payment would still be about 396 a month.

How are people getting prices so low on here?

I loved the car and everything about it. but for that price i feel i could get a g37 anytime of the year for that price

Go to infiniti tell them a leasing company (name any you want that seems good) is offering a better price and they'll try to drop it a dollar or something.
What I pay is:
$387/month for 39 months. Nothing down and nothing due signing (besides the fees you can't avoid). I have a G37x Sedan w/ Prem, Navi, and maple interior.
The deals you're probably seeing are just on the "G37" w/o the "x".

You should be able to get about 5-6k off MSRP (or invoice or slightly below invoice minus the 1,000 rebate for leasing right now). The base rate MF is .00001, so they are also marking that up quite a bit. Keep trying or go to another dealer.

IMO it is pointless to put ANYTHING down except first payment because it is practically free money with a MF like that. Plus, you should never put anything up front because if you total the car the next day or the next month, etc then that money is gone. Whereas it would still be in your pocket if you didnt and insurance covers the rest.

Don't they have a special going on right now where those monthly payments should be way lower?

Ya but those deals are for a g37x with only premium package. when you add the navigation package you have to add the $1850 navigation package.

The deal I currently have going is for 326.19/month with 2900 due at signing for the g37x with premium and navigation

There is nothing wrong with putting money down on a lease.

Well a friend of mine got his G37xS 1 week ago and I was surprised! No money down 18 month lease and he is paying $300/Month. My other friend got a G37x for 275/Month same exact deal but no sport pckg. I don't know the price for the coupe but I'm pretty sure it will be arounx the same price maybe 10 or 20 more per month.

Next year they will be chaper due to the new body that they will be coming out in April 2013. So many people get them but don't know how to drive them lol!
