Also this is my first lease, so I'm a newbie.
I'd really be interested to hear any responses to this as well. Everything I'm seeing is closer to $320/month with $1400ish down in my area.

I went to my dealer yesterday and wanted to hook my friend up with the sickest deal evern no one will beat it! No money down 18/Month lease G37xS for 245/Month :-)!!! I thought it would be 280. My dealer told me base G37x was 180/Month when the promotion started! The coupe is 305/Month at the moment! Siiiick. Here in NY you get the best deals!

Top Beam Which dealer was this and what options are on your ride? Do you think your salesman would do this again, my mom's looking for a new lease and I was thinking of getting her into a G sedan...probably a 25 and that should be significantly less im assuming?

So is it possible to lease one with ABSOLUTELY no money down? Have the taxes and fee's rolled into the payment?

Ray Catena is a ripoff, when the G's first rolled out at the end of 2007 I went to talk to them and they quoted me about 50k for a 2008 G37s fully loaded, I went to pepe infiniti in white plains NY and got the same car I wanted for 41 out the door

How much

Yes the 18 mos lease deals to pull you ahead into the next gen are really good.

Wasn't really considering this car until I found out about the lease deals.

Here is the deal I am trying to work

G37X Prem, nav, sport MSRP - $45,555 - includes lighted sills and trunk cargo package which seems to come w/ every car whether you want it or not.

Invoice - $41.875 - 1k lease incentive.

At 40,500 for 18 mos 15k miles lease deal, 76% res. .00028 MF I come up with $375 a month which seems like a great deal for this car + doc, bank fees etc up front.

Are dealers in NJ going slightly below invoice - was hoping for $40,500 or so, dealers seem to have 50+ cars in inventory around here so there is plenty of supply.
