Good price for a 2010 G37x sedan?
Hello everyone!
New to this forum and thinking about purchasing a used 2010 G37x sedan listed at my local Infiniti dealer for $25,985 with 14,875 miles on it.
Is this a good price for the sedan? I'm going to the Infiniti dealer this weekend to look and test drive the car. I live in North New Jersey by the way.
The car is listed as a 2010 G37x sedan base model with no sunroof, but it has a rear-view camera. No other options or packages. It's an automatic with AWD and the color is liquid platinum.
Checked the CARFAX report and it was listed as a personal lease vehicle with 1 owner.
The listing price of $25,985 is lower than the Kelly Blue Book price of $28,420 for an excellent condition purchase from a dealership. Also, checked on Edmunds.com and the price came out almost similar to the Kelly Blue Book value.
The car is not listed as certified pre-owned though, which I feel is odd. But nonetheless, I'm going to take the car for a pre-sale inspection to my local mechanic just to be safe.
Any help would be greatly appreciated so I don't pay too much for this vehicle? Thanks!

Did you try looking on cars.com or craigslist for private party sales?
I just bought my black 2010 G37x sedan with only 2,400 miles and Premium Package (ie bluetooth, sunroof, bose) for $25,500 from a private party.

You got a very nice price from a private buyer. Nothing now on cars.com or craigslist from a private buyer for a 2010 G37 sedan for around the price you paid.Went to my local Infiniti dealer today and was offered $25,000. Sales guy said that was the lowest he could go. I walked away from the deal.
The G37 I looked at was in excellent condition. Had 15,000 miles on it. The sales guy would only let me test drive the car for 20 minutes and wouldn't let me get the car inspected at a mechanic shop that I go to. He said there were also no inspection records he could provide to me. He just kept telling me that there are no problems with the car, since it has such low mileage and it's a 2010.
Hopefully, I can find a great deal on a 2010 G37 like you james34. I'll keep looking. Appreciate your reply.
