Question Lease is good or bad before I sign?

Gwinnett Place Infiniti is offering me a G37 Coupe with premium package, illuminated kick plates, auto transmission, and splash guards for 39 months, 12,000 miles a year, @ $429/month before taxes & acquisition fee, & no down payment. Disregard the "$2480" written in no-man's land. The acquisition fee is due to me insisting on Lapis Blue. Is this good or should I renegotiate before I sign? I do not currently have the MF. Here is a picture of the deal we worked up. Thanks y'all! -David

Go see Richard Ball there and let him know Chris O'Hara sent you up there. He will take great care of you and get you a great deal. I have worked with him and he makes sure you are happy. Let me know if you have any other questions

Did your friend have to put anything down on this lease? When you say loaded are we talking prem, nav, sports and x as well? Taxes included am sure.

for $370 a month I 99% sure he put a down payment. I did nothing down on my lease and rolled everything in. I only put first month and paid a few small fees up front, less than $1200.

1. Thanks for everyone's input! I just renegotiated Gwinnett Place Infiniti down to $458/month includes taxes 12k/year, 39 months, just the 1st payment due at signing.

2. I also talked to Nalley Infiniti of Decatur today and got them down to $400/month 39 months, includes taxes with $500 due at signing (includes 1st payment plus $100) for a liquid platinum Cpe Journey premium (no nav,no sport) automatic trans. I'm signing on Saturday unless a better deal strikes.

3. I talked to Infiniti South Atlanta but I didn't get a firm price from them. I may call them tomorrow to see if they can beat Decatur's $400/month.

4. What leasing company would you all suggest should I use, if not Infiniti?

For Sale: 2012 Infiniti G37 Lease Deal - G35 NYC
10,000 miles a year is not enough for many people. Yeah it's an amazing deal if you don't go over the mileage allowance.

A lot of prices you hear around $300 (such as the ones advertised by leasing companies) don't include TTL and other required fees. They still work out to be decent deals, but that's not the OTD payment for most people.
