Thank you,

That depends on how much you like the seats and the IPL emblem... thats the only relevant difference.

Of course if I were dropping 30k on a car, I'd drop it on a used GTR and finance 20-30. Or buy an '09 or '10 G7s outright and have a few G's to spare with no car note.

Actually I wouldnt drop that much cash on a car for a down payment unless you got it like that LOL. You instantly loose, especially in a year or so when the new model comes out. But if you got it to burn, by all means BURN IT!!

I wouldn't buy a used car that racked 25k+ miles in one year.

why? means it was a lot of freeway miles which are better for the car. Also means it saves the OP having to do the 30k miles service.

Or it could be abused for 25k miles. The reality is that you don't know. And the 30k service is just an oil, air filters, and cabin filter change. If you spend 500 bucks at the dealership for a "30k mile service" then I truly feel sorry for you.

Agree with swisschees. Thats what I did , Bought the Journey X coupe( Instead) of the IPL, took the extra 15k and put it into the car , Wheels, suspension, Exhaust, ETC. And the SC kit is nice

Neither of those cars are worth the price. People are getting brand new IPLs for around 45 to 46 so 40 for one with 16k miles is silly. And a g37s with 27k miles already? You can definately do better than either of those.

Guessing they are all talking about coupes, though it wasn't stated. Coupes go for a lot more than the sedans, especially in IPL trim.

Aero kits are as pricey as they are brittle. Lots of money for little value is my 2 cents worth. If this is the first car you're going to spend real money on, buy a 2010, pay it off, and have some cash left for mods that you really want to do. A Stillen CAI will give you the same HP as a IPL, as a $500 mod. Plus you won't bitch when your Aero kit breaks apart the first time you hit a speed bump.

If I were you OP. I would look for a 09/2010 model g37s with low miles like 12k or so and just strap a TT or SC kit on it with the money that you saved.
