Paying lease early. Advantages?

Paying lease early. Advantages?
I will be paying my lease agreement off about a year earlier then required. Can I negotiate a pay-off deal after I finish paying? Or will they require me to wait out the 39 months before they will do that? And what if I pay it off, only 2 years into it, but I am right at the mileage limit of 39k... If I decide to lease another Infiniti will they take my G back without any sort of mileage penalty (39k miles over 39 month lease) if I do return it early?

Why would you want to pay it off early to trade it in? You could have just traded and paid the difference in buy out. Not really a smart financial move honestly.
