Looks like that's a good deal. The one thing I don't understand is the "Delivery" of $599 seems like they are just asking for $600. I think the standard drive-off is just about $800.

But overall not a bad deal. There is $1000 dealer cash available...I say this. I want that deal for $500 out of pocket and you'll come get it. You can't lose.

April or May?

So it turns out the last offer was plus tax. I can try to negotiate that down if you still feel like I'm in a good deal.

I'm trying to get this done by today but I can also wait a month. Are May deals typically better or worse than April (what happens to residuals and money factors in May)?

Money Factor looks right..somewhere about 1.8% interest.

Plug in all your numbers into this
Car Lease Calculator ? For Monthly Lease Payments and Costs

EDIT
I forgot to put in the $1500 down payment which basically washes out the drive off and I get $422.52 month estimating 8% sales tax (since I didn't know what you have)...so they are within $20 of the non tax price...which means you should just say "I want $420/month with 0 out of pocket" and it's a good deal. You might wait to see if they put more cash out (which might be tomorrow) but they may not as inventory drops...its one of those "there will always be a slightly better deal" things

the true "delivery" fee is the destination charge (i think it's $900 nowadays?), but that is included in the MSRP..

This delivery fee of $600 is called the "world's most expensive car wash" AKA dealer profit. I'd get it waived.
