Every car I've ever bought (sans my 335 coupe) was at some "loss" for the dealer. But loss is a relative term. I know a guy who owns a bunch of dealerships...he as a Ferrari, GTR, Lambo and a bunch of other cars...lots of "loss" bought those. He also told me some of the people who work for him make over 300k a year...again lots of "loss".

I have the Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement in front of me, so let me know if this is right information you guys need.

I'm actually not sure where to find everything, but it all seems to be here.

Gross Cap Cost - $36,408.60 - Although in the paragraph next to it, it says The agreed upon value of the Vehicle ($35,013.60)

Actually it seems the agreed upon vehicle value is $35,013.60 + $700 acquisition fee (is this normal?) and $695.00 DOC FEE (is this normal?)

Adj. Cap Cost - $36,177.93
Residual Value - $22.982.50

39 payments (first one was included, so 38 remaining)
10k miles a year

Base Monthly Payment - $367.92
Total Monthly (tax included) - $390.00

Total due at signing - $0.00

I did notice a disposition fee of $395 that is due at the end of the lease, is this typical? It's only charged if not going into another Infiniti...

Let me know what else you need, where do I find the MF?

Acquisition Fee is standard. Doc fee is pure dealer profit. You got ripped off. In WA state the dealer is by law required to tell you it's a negiotable fee, and itis capped by law @ $150 (again, in WA only)

Sorry to say, they took you to the cleaners on that one.

I'm doing a reverse lease calc now trying to figure out your MF. Standby But it will only be a guess. If you can tell me the MSRP and your tax rate, i then have all the info needed to figure out your MF rate.

So...... as a very rough guess (since I don't have all the info) You didn't get the base MF rate. It was marked up. If you have tier0/tier1 credit** then you qualify for the base rate, and the dealer simply marked it up to make extra $$ (AKA ripped you off). If you've got lower tier credit, then it might have been the best they can do.

**For Infiniti, it's anything over an auto enhanced FICO of around 650 i think...

Hi , i leased a 2012 G37X premium no navi for 349 a month with 2000 in change due at signing included in the monthly payment, my parents also got one week later with navi and pay 369 a month. Im not sure u can lower ur lease payment after u sign the lease for that amount.

Its a 2year lease for 10k mile a year

Good advise, I forgot that Infinti allows you to do multiple security deposits (7 of them at $500 a pop) to lower your money factor by .0001 each... I couldn't do this as NY doesn't allow it.

Where do I find the MSRP on the lease deal? My tax rate in Florida is 6%.

Please let me know if there's any other information you need.

Also just so you know I received $1,000 in loyalty cash, and they included my first payment. I paid $0.00 out of pocket as lease signing. So I actually have 38 payments.
