I can't leverage VPP because it is an LE. Seems like some have gotten G37XS with nav/prem for sub $40,000 which is pretty much what a LE is but with the gunmetal rims. Just curious what the dealer should be able to do.

39500 is not a fair deal. If you can get it though jump all over it.

39500 not a fair deal?

When I bought my '11LE anything under 40K was an excellent deal. I even took a sub-40K deal to a local dealer and his response was that he wouldnt even waste my time with a counter-offer on theirs and told me to buy the sub-40K one ASAP (which I did).

At the time I could get a comparably equipped non-LE for 37K or so. Got the LE for 39,750. In 2011 you couldnt get Malbec Black, and the LE had the really nice red seats, so I figured it was worth the ~3K extra to have a fairly unique car.

I was stating it was more then fair and to jump all over it lol not that it was not a good deal. Not a good deal for the dealership
