- Installed in dash GPS, Backup camera, bluetooth.

What is the car going to be work in canadian dollars?

I have potentially turned the car into a tech package....

 

tech package is adaptive front light, adaptive cruise control, advanced climate control and advanced seatbelts....so you have not turned it into a tech package, you turned it into a navigation package. If it is not oem though then you have not added any actual value to your vehicle, not to say you can;t ask for more when selling it privately.
