About to buy NEW 2011 G37 Sedan today. What do yall think of the deal?

I am about to buy a 2011 G37 Sedan. 7AT Graphite Shadow/Graphite
Sport - Premium - Ill Kickplates.
The MSRP is $41,555 and the dealer is one simple price. NO negotiating.
The Final Sale price would be $35,936 + TTL. Which is a discount of $5,619.
I recently sold a car that was paid for and made a good amount (actually made money) So i am putting a large down payment. It will bring my monthly to about $270. What do you guys think? Am I making the right decision?

Any help will be appreciated. Can any G sedan owners with (2) children chime in on rear seat space?

THANKS!

My kids (age 12 and 8) fit OK in the back of my 09 xS sedan. I'm about 6'2 so the drivers seat is back a bit. Haven't gotten any complaints...

I'm a new G owner w/2 young kids. I can say that the rear space are small. My youngest is a 2 yr old so I have a car seat behind the driver. We are all tiny so the leg room aren't major issues. good luck

I forgot about car seats, that would make it tighter. DOH!

i have a 2 year old and 8 year old, no issues for me, leather is good so easy to clean the back of your seat front foot prints. Deal your getting is really good btw, especially for a non negotiating dealer.
