Good deal on a 2011 G37X coupe?

I've got a preliminary deal in the works for a 2011 G37x coupe with premium package, illuminated kick plates, Carpeted Trunk Mat, Trunk Net and First Aid Kit, and splash guards. The MSRP is around $44,785. The salesman said he could do $39,500 before tax and tags. You guys think this is a good deal?

invoice is 41,171 and they have a 1k rebate so their cost is 40,171. I'd say that's a pretty good deal

internet pricing is meant to be there to take out the negotiating factor. If you want to negotiate then start at msrp
