Owner loyalty incentives

Yes that was my question. My parents are shopping for a G25 and one dealership told them $500 on the G25, the other dealership told them $0 on the G25 and $1,000 on the G37. I called IFS to see if they would straighten it out but they said cash incentives were given at the dealership's discretion and had nothing to do with IFS.
Any helpful input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I just rolled my lease on my '08 G37S 6 MT into a new 2011. They gave me $2600 owner loyalty and $1000 rebate. Cost me $500 down but I didn't have to make a payment of $523 this month. and the new monthly is $499 with 15K miles per year. The '08 I turned in was immaculate.
