2011 G37 Coupe IPL 6MT Malbec Black. MSRP $49,350, Invoice $45,550. Dealer gave me $300 over invoice.

39 months 12k per year: residual= 30,103

1262.00 out of pocket 39 @ 556.97+ tax
2500.00 out of pocket 39 @ 525.08+ tax

What do you guys think? Do the numbers look right?

No, numbers are not right. I'll use option 1. Assuming you get the base MF rate, which nobody gets, your payments should be $508 plus taxes. This is assuming the $1262 are for fees. Ask the dealer what MF you're getting in this quote.

 

This is WAY wrong........if your numbers are right, based off of option 1 you would be paying over 53K for the car at the end of your lease IF you chose to buy the car and in my opinion this is how you sholdl ALWAYS deal a lease, always make them think that you are leaning towards purchasing the car at the end.
With this deal if the residual is 30,103 your monthlys over 39 months should not be more than 18447(300 over invoice)

Ex: Invoice 45550+"300 over invoice"=$48550-residual of $30103=$18447
NOW your monthlys should not equal more than the $18447
So 18447/39 months=$473/month
THAT would be the deal you want!!!!

 

Or just get a g37s fully loaded for around 420 a month

 

This calculation is wrong because it doesn't include the rent charge (interest). Your total payments will always be higher than the depreciation, because of the rent charge.
