2011 G37 Convertible

Auto transmission, Black Obsidian Exterior, Stone Interior, Sport, Navigation and Premium Packages.

Here are the numbers that I know of so far

MSRP $52475 Plus Wheel Locks of $122 for a total of $52597
Capitalized cost-$49597
Residual -61%
Money Factor of .00180
Acquistion Fee of $595
Dealer Doc Fee of $98.50
License and Registration of $208.50

Gap Insurance is included. Taxes are only paid on the amount financed, not the entire price of the car.

Invoice per Edmunds is $47878 and Cars Direct is $48142.

Good or Bad Deal?

Thanks

Bad, you could get another 1-1.5 k off . Atleast the money factor is close to buyrate.

You also only pay taxes on each monthly payment

I went back to him and asked him to do better. I am working with two dealers right now. Said no way they can do $48K, which is the invoice.

500$ over invoice is a fair price, you will get it if you keep at it. I guess my dealership just works differently lol. I got a 2010 with the same equipment I could do for 47k Problem with the 2011's is there is no factory incentives on them because they want to get rid of all the 2010's

Refuse to pay the Dealer DOC Fee. Go to Zig Zag to get a price. You should do better.

Current offer is $48500. gonna go back to the original dealer and see if he can beat it. If he can, gonna take the deal. Per CarsDirect, invoice is $48142, so at $48500, I think I can live with that, but want to see if he can do better.DOMO

48500 is fair again no incentives on these cars and dealerships do have to make money as well as the sales guy.

I agree. I went back to the original dealer I was dealing with to ask him if he could match or do better. That was at 2pm. I have not heard back and they need to order by Saturday to get it in before the end of the month.

I agree. If nothing else I will call them today and see what they say. If they can't do better, then I will go with the other dealer for $48500. Both of them are going to have to order the car, as the dealer that has the car I want won't budge on the $51200 price.

Why not deal with the dealer the one has the car...it's easy to find out...

They probably won't order the car. They'll just get it from a dealer that has it. My advise, deal with the dealer that offers you the best deal and let them locate the car for you.

here is the deal, they want $51200 and that is it.

I have an offer for the same car for $48500, but I will have to wait as they will have to order the car.

Basically is it worth my time to wait and save $2700 or just buy now.

Call the dealer's sales manager and offer the $48500 and I bet you can get the deal and give them 24 hours for a response.

Ask the dealer ($48500)- how long it takes to get the car?

IMO save $2700 for upgrades...etc
