whats up guys? im thinkin bout leasin a 2010 g37xs sedan, and i got a deal for $1500 down 400 a month fully loaded. the price is good im sure but ive been hearin from a lot of ppl that quality and steerin on the newer models have gone down. any advice from anyone?

-Sale Price
-Money Factor
-Residual
-Length of Lease
-What is the amount of miles per year

Don't worry about the problems others are having, I don't have any of those.

 

I got a G37 loaded except tech for $340 plus tax with $4k down with 12k mile a year. Nagotiate as low as possible.

4k down? OUCH! Considering every 1k you put down shaves about $30 per month, your deal is around $415 plus tax with about $1500 due at signing. Not as good as OP's deal.

But as ScottyBeGood says, you need the info he listed in order to get a feel for how good your deal really is. Playing the down/monthly payment game is what a floor sales guy does to unsuspecting customers. :P
