new lease purchase

sorry mods i know this isnt in the proper forum but im gonna wrap this deal up right after lunch and figured id get the most views here

2010 G37x Awd coupe with premium and navigation
10,000 miles per year
39 months

$2745.32 down
$419 per month

msrp:$45,170

cap cost:$40,880

taxes:1,553.87

residual:63% =28,457.10

money factor: .00148

bank fee:595

documentation fee for dmv:75.00

wheel locks:79.95

nys inspection: 10.00

nys tire recycling fee:12.50

anyone have an idea if this is a decent deal or not?

Sounds expensive for only 10k miles per year, I put 13k on mine in 4 months. They add up a lot quicker than we think

I was thinking the same thing. Trust me they want to sell you the car. you just have to make them fight for it. walked out the door with mine brand new in 08 fully loaded for 42k with no lease or limits

damn thats pretty high,For the same stuff I was offered $439 with taxes and bankfee built in with just first months payment and dmv fees up front at 12k miles per yr on a 39 month lease in NY....but then again they ****ed me over bc that was with a micro bank that didnt off gap insurance and no excessive damage covered and 85 cents per over mile....

i already have 2 others trucks so this wont have massive miles racked up on it. im not modding it or anything like that either so the lease will work better for me. how would i go about gettin this deal looking better?

where in NY are you? if you are anywhere close to long island i would say hit up Kenny "da mayor" and see if he can do anything for you. I am sure your rate is based on a lot of different factors we don't know about

The residual seems a little low, I just ran a similar model yesterday and gave the guy 64%. Also I take it the cap costs is including the $1,000 rebate?
