Help buying a G coupe

Hi, I'm new to the forums. I've been reading and learning about the G37. My choice was between the G and a 335i. I going with the G because of overall value, reliability, and it's so sexy inside and out. I want a pre-owned 08 or 09. I'm looking to spend around 30k. I want it to be 6 speed and fully loaded, but am I in over my head? What should I expect to pay, for a fully loaded 6mt 08 or 09 around 20k miles. Is it more economical to go with a new G?

Depends on where you are, if you're in california around 27-32 depending on the mileage and condition. Just check thier maintenance records for problems. New G will be 43-49 after taxes.

Today may be your lucky day...
IDK this guy but it looks like a great deal to me.

My friend has a 2008 335i and he's had so many little problems here and there. Mostly electrical problems like angel eyes and taillights burning out, bad window motors, etc.

Thanks for the replies and info guys. I'm in Miami FL, so that car would be way too far for me. I found a 08 G 6mt for $30,600 on a dealer lot and the price is firm. It's fully loaded with nav, tech, prem, with 14k miles on the clock. Sounds like a good deal to jump on? Carfax is clean, but I kinda don't fully trust them anymore, and clean report just means the car is probably clean.

Just wondering also if 08s came with rain sensing wipers as an option?

The rain sensing wiper was part of the technology package which also included the directed headlights. Just take it to a reliable garage aand have them check it over if you are not car savy.

Proud Owner!

Thanks, I just sealed the deal on the 2008 Fully Loaded 6MT 14K miles - Premium, Sport, Navigation, & Technology packages and spoiler. Man I can't wait to have this baby in my hands now (it's getting delivered). Got it for 29K from Carmax.
