I used to lease all the time, glad I stopped. It got to be a bad habit and a vicious cycle.

I am currently leasing my 2010 Journey w/premium sedan for $347/mo for 39 months, and my buyout at the end is $22,105. I put zero down towards cap cost, but the lease is based on 10,000 mi/yr. My original plan is to buy it at the end because I put about 20,000 miles per year, so for sure I'm going to be over. I figure worst case scenario I can sell for the same price I buy for in 3 years.
