2010 lease offer

im currently leasing a 2008 G35 sport/premium.
i paid $1500 down,15K miles/ year, $475/month,24 months.

My lease is up now, and i asked the dealer if they wanted to do another lease, and i would be willing to "if i got a good deal".

they offered me the following:

2010 G37 base
$1000 loyalty(they pay), $450 down(1st month, i pay)= $1450 down total

$450 month, 15k miles year, 39 months.

I dont think this is a good deal at all !!!!!

I'm going from $475 / month for sport model with premium, to $450 month for base model,NO premium.

Whats your guys input here ? how much have you / should i pay for a base g37?I'm thinking $400.

thanks for any input

You need to email around to several dealers with what you want (model/options/packages/etc). Don't even worry about lease offers, just get a firm OTD price for the car first. Then you can go to RIDE with G | auto leasing tips, find monthly lease rates, industry news and rants and get the current lease rates and work your own numbers. Letting the dealer work all the numbers for you is the WORST possible way to lease. Do your homework and you'll do alright....

contact Kenny "Da Mayor" he is a Financial Manager at Infiniti of Massapequa and can help you out.

Personally I think $450 is too much for a base car, but you didnt tell us about the rest of the fees. all you said was $1450 (1K they pay and $450 first month payment) what about taxes and other fees? are they being rolled into the monthly payment? That makes a difference

my deal

I am getting a g37xs loaded (even illuminated sill plates for whatever reason!) tech, nav, spoiler, basically I just checked all the boxes on line. I am paying $2800 down, $479.00/month for 36 months. Not terrible. Turning in my 2007 G35S that I was paying $489.00/month. Seem good based on some of the numbers I am seeing here.
