Hey everyone, recently started looking at 08 G37 coupes. I have been in the market for a G35 for awhile and havent had much luck finding exactly what I'm looking for. I realized I could afford a G37 if I found one at the right price. The problem is, I have been doing all my homework on G35s.

Anyways, I'm trying to find out what the different packages available for the 2008 coupes were. Premium, Navi, and Sport I believe. What are the major differences in each one, and how can I tell from looking at pictures online?

Ok, I just need an easy way to identify the sport package on a 2008 coupe

Is it true that if its a manual then it has to be the sport package?

 

it has the big brake kit with the painted calipers, 19" wheels, side sills, and different front bumper.

all 6 spds are sport

 

all 6MT have Sports package already

5AT (for 2008) and 7AT (for 2009 and up), you may add the Sports package and the exterior will look exactly like the 6MT cars.. with the G37S badge and all.

Sports package = LSD, BBK, sports seat, 19inch wheels, sports front and side kit (including splash guards), etc.. (note: all 6MT have this so these are all included)

P.S: non-sports AT cars may add wheels package which means 19in wheels too.. but no BBK i think.

To tell premium, easiest way is sunroof, bose speakers at the rear

To tell navigation, there is a SD card slot in the center console, backup camera

To tell tech package, in the front bumper lower mesh there is a very distinctive rectangle cutout with a black "box" inside it..

Then there are other add-on options like spoiler, illuminated side sills (when u open the door u can see it lights up), 4WAS (can't tell exteriorly)

Other small options are all-weather floor mats, trunk net, etc...

IMHO, the MUST HAVE options are Sports, Navi, Premium..

And highly recommended are illuminated side sills, spoiler

additionally, to tell between 08, 09, 10...

between 08 and 09, the seat heater ***** are different where for 08 is a button.. for 09 is the turn ****. As for 10', the entire center console is redesigned.

the info above is correct except:

sport package does not include splash guards, those are a seperate option.
