Is it okay to buy a Manufacturer Buy-Back (Lemon Law Buy back)?
Will it be difficult to sell it after a few years?

It's a 2008 G37 s Coupe with 43,000 miles.

What you think would be the best price I can ask for drive out? (Dealer asking for $27K + tax etc. )

2. It's way too much money for a lemon + high miles, imo...run away, don't walk.

You can get a nice and clean '08 coupe for that money.

I think it's hard to put a price on a lemon or salvage car. I think you should wait for more opinions here. IMO, you should be able to get that car w/ clean status for about 27k or may be a little more.

I wouldn't want to touch it but if you really want it...offer 20-22K?

How long has the car been up for sale? Can you look at the whole service history? Can they certify the car?

Dealer is asking for $28,800 drive out.

 

I offered them $27 drive out, today. I will wait for a few days and see if they will call me back.

 

How does a lemon car get 40,000 miles on it?
Whatever was the lemon aspect doesn't sound like it reared it's ugly head until late in the game.

...and I would not purchase this car with those options for any more than $20,000. Good luck!
