This deal ok on an 08?

08 with Tech, Nav & Premium. I want to put 6k down and use the .9 financing for 72 months. Dealer says it would be 530 a month.

I used the edmunds calculator thing to try and back into the sales price.. looks to be around 40k with those numbers I think.

what do you guys think?

Is this a new car, if not then you might find a better deal. My 09 was 39k about 4k below sticker.

Yes, it's a new car. wow jarborn you got a great deal. The next dealer I talked to is offering a sale price of 41,600 (559 per month) (MSRP 45,130) for the same thing except swap the Sport package for Tech... hmm these offers I'm getting seem pretty weak I guess. I wonder what a good number to counter with is

crap, now he ran my credit and it doesn't look like I'll qualify for .9 ... I'd get 3.9 instead but they magically worked the numbers again and my payment would be the same, lol. He's saying they have to locate and drive the car from another dealership, but if it was in stock they could get more aggressive with the price. so 40,900 for 08 with nav, sport, & prem..

If you ask me, I would take 20% off of the msrp for any 08 leftovers. We were all buying these cars for invoice back in september of 08, its almost may of 09 now. I paid $39300 for my 08 back in aug of 08 and it stickered for 44020. for that same car now, I would pay $35k for it, dude, I tried trading in my car last week for an IsF they offered me $31k for my car. My car has navi, premium, sport, and I even forked out money for a $500 factory spoiler too. so basically $40k-> $31k in 8 months. BS if you ask me, and Infiniti was suppose to have the highest residual value.

If possible take your time, prices will continue to fall for the next few months and maybe longer depending on the economy. You may consider leasing as well.

Thanks, you guys are right. The deal wasn't good enough on the 08. I'm looking to just lease an 09 now for 39 months 10k /yr. Sticker 45,080, Sale price 41,800. 3000 Due at signing. 584 per month. seems like an ok deal, right..?

I'm waiting for him to mail me the money factor and residual he used.

NOOOOO Man.... I mean if your comfortable with it then go nuts but IMO...

Look at what i am paying for mine. It is an 08 i got the first week of Feb. I pay EXACTLY $583 per month and did not put a penny down...

Your going to put 3K down and pay what i am paying, with the smallest amount of mileage possibly allowed on a LEASE!!!...Terrible

Shop man, you will find a deal. You have to harrass them a little bit. It is fun!

No way. that's a terrible deal, why put so much down a lease? Its not like you're keeping it at least end anyway. Way nicer cars to be had at that price right now.
