have you done the Edmunds.com pricing? I'd think Invoice would be 38K-39K and I'd shoot for lower than that.

i've always been told go for 500-1000 under invoice.

I actually checked Edmund right now, and it came out to $41,047 for TMV.

In the times we're in, they should be making pretty good deals on such a luxury item. I would say you could maybe get about 38k + those fees would be decent, anything less would be a great deal.
