PLUS why don't you set a price for them to work towards instead of asking them to lower it. Tell them 31k out the door and fix the curb rash and scratch on the kickplate and you will buy the car now!

hmm i think ur handling this situation a bit differently than i would
seems ur working around them, when it should be they working around you
set ur price, if they wont budge go elsewhere.
