Residual and money factor?

Residual and money factor?
Is there a lst somewhere that lists the current money factor and residual's for 2-3 years down the road at the end of the lease? I'm basically trying to find all the numbers involved so I can calculate things. I did this with my BMW and was within $2 of the monthly payment, etc they came up with at the dealer.
