2008 6MT w/Prem and Nav - Good lease deal?

Does this sound right... I talked to a dealer tonight about a lease on an 08 6MT with Premium and Nav. He based the quote off the Winter Engagement deal and said the increase in payment to go from an Auto Journey with Premium to a 6MT with Prem/Nav is $15/month more with the same down payment ($2878+first months payment).

MSRP is $42,415
He said the lease is based on a $3,000 discount off MSRP.
So my payment would be $414+tax and out of pocket would be $2878+first payment+reg/tax.

This seems like a great deal to me, am I missing something?
Thanks,
ed.

It seems ok but the out of pocket is a bit high.

Those taxes will also be about $1200. Your payments will also rise depending on which leasing company you end up going with. I know that the Infiniti leaseing company comes with gap protection and will end up being $30 more per month then what they quote you.

Instead of putting that $2878 as a down payment ask your dealer about multiple security deposits. This way at least you get it back in the end of your lease. I'm picking my car up tomorrow and its the same msrp as your car. My deal is $2500 in multiple security deposits and approx $1500 due at signing for the fees. The monthly payment came out to $450 after tax.
