I was chatting with a friend of mine last week (who happens to be a GM) and this is what I recall from what he told me.

2008 G37 Journey November 2008 - 15k Miles
- 24 months 60% Residual - .00325 MF
- 36 months 58% Residual - .00185 MF
- 39 months 57% Residual - .00155 MF

Or something like that ...

I've just noticed Infiniti have a new lease offers on their site.
Check it out: infiniti.com

November 2008 Rates for 09 G37s...

http://www.ridewithg.com/index.php/2...-infiniti-g37/

I would advice waiting until next year to see if the numbers look better. I noticed the residual values have come down a bit, not good for leasing.

Thanks for the link. I'll be looking that up again in Feb when I'm getting mine.

For 39 mos, the MF is .00159 and the residual is 57%. So it seems leasing an 08 might be a better deal given you would get a more aggressive discount than an 09 AND the MF is lower.

Emailed a dealership today, they actually quoted me that MF but a residual of 59%. That MF is low as hell and at 59%, the residual only dropped 1% since last month.

I dont think I'll pull the trigger until next month since my current lease isnt up until the begining of Jan., but its tempting to just do it now with those rates. I'm assuming they'll be the same or better next month though.

I added the 08 G37 Journey's rates to the list. 36mo residuals are exactly the same as the 09, but MF is lower. Probably get a better discount on the 08 as well.

Residual might become worse with the record low auto sale figure. MF might get better though.
