Hi everyone,

I was wondering if everyone got a customer survey from Infiniti? The dealer promosed me almost a grand refund when / if i filled out the customer survey when it came and brought it back to him. but its been like 3 months since I got the car but still no survey.

So does everyone get it and what does it look like? And did they get it inside of 3 months?

 

Wow they must really need some high marks to offer you a grand off. I have received mine within about the first month. Not sure if it's your car, your dad etc.. but it will go to the address listed on the lease/purchase. I'd contact your dealer or Infiniti Consumer Affairs.

Dead serious, and I got the car for Invoice, But It had to do with, I negoiated down to invoice price, then they realized I qualified for VPP pricing, so I had my invoice price allready so that was actually less than VPP to start with, so they offered to refund the $948 that was built into invoice pricing for dealer prep and transportation etc, if i did the VPP program, my assumption is if i did that they would get more cash from nissan or whatever, so lets call it a bribe for me to do the VPP.

The whole thing is i dont get it back if i dont get the survey. But all in all invoice is a good price, but almost a G under is even better

 

I see what they're doing, and that's a little shifty. Anyway, surveys usually arrive about 3 weeks from the original date of lease or purchase so odds are that if you haven't received it by now, you won't get it at all. Not to mention I don't think VPP participants get a survey so they put one over one you. Sorry.
