should i deal or not

I just negotiated the price of a 08 g37s with premium/spoiler/kick plates down to 38900 plus tt&l from a msrp of $40,585. How much more room do you think he has to go lower? or does this sound like a good deal? the car includes 2 years service tint wheel locks and a clear bra protector.

This is not a good deal, you can get at least invoice (invoice is at least another $1500 off on top of the existing "discount").

2years free service? such as oil changes and such? if so i think thats a pretty fair deal since servicing your car can be a pretty penny for 2years at 15k a year should cost you around $2,500 in JUST oil changes at a dealership and as well as other replacements like brakes and such. clear bra's can be $500+ installed and tints are another $150+. wheel locks should be free those failures. but if you can keep this deal with cutting more out of the total cost i think it would be an amazing deal.

I would not negotiate based on "free services". Focus on the actual price you're going to pay 1st, there may end up being too many loopholes with any "free services".

Tell him you would pay that price only if it came with the nav system as well as the other options.

There is plenty of room to go lower.
At least another $1000.
