My lease ends this September and was wondering if we had to return the vehicle to the same infiniti dealer it was purchased from. The reason I ask is that I have recently moved and there is an infiniti dealer much closer to me and has the car I want in stock.

Also, do you guys think I should be able to get a much better deal on an 08 now that the 09s are about to be released?

 

You do not, if thecar is owned by IFS (assuming that's whom you leased through). You can return it to any Infiniti dealer.
No way to tell whether you will get a better deal on the 09 vs 08. It's all speculation at this point. You may have to see what works out best for you, there is some risk involved.

 

Actually, I returned my leased 2000 Maxima to an Infiniti dealer where I picked up my G35 Coupe. So I’m sure they’re flexible.
