G37 6MT...good deal?

G37 Sport 6MT with:
Premium
Spoiler
splash guards
cargo net
trunk mats

They are saying MSRP 40695 and sales price 37080. This is better than I got when I used my VPP code. I think its a pretty fair price however they charge a 589 doc. fee.

Right now they want 420/month for a 10k mile 39 month lease:

.0019 and 63% MSRP
2500 total out of pocket which includes
589 doc fee
22 DMV fee
134 sales tax
420 first month payment

I think it is a pretty fair deal but can I get lower?

I asked for all fees I can expect to incur and they said:

21 title and license
589 doc fee
133.77 upfront sales tax
420 first month payment
No mention of a bank fee

This leaves me with roughly 1325 cap cost reduction since i want to spend about 2500 total out of pocket.

Looks like the bank fee might be rolled into the car. If that is the case, I think the deal looks pretty good.
