G37 Sport 6mt residual?

The 24 month residual @ 15k/year is 75%, but I'm being told that it's only 76% for 12k/year? Is that right?

Most other manufacturers' finance companies add 2% to the residual for 12k (vs. 15k).

Can anyone confirm?

Also, what MF have you guys been getting for a 24 month lease on a G37 Sport 6mt? Shouldn't it be 0.00195?

i just did a lease deal today, and i know that at 12k/yr for 24 months this car has a 76% residual. they gave me a finance rate of 2.09% which converts to 0.00087 MF. For some reason the MF seemed not realistic unless it was just this dealership or was based on my credit

Thanks for the feedback Nyc, I also did a deal today (about 3 hours ago)!

I think what you ended up getting is a MF of .00209 (which is what I also got). That is for what IFS calls tier 0 and tier 1.

I ended up getting 75% for 15k. I was able to confirm that it only goes up 1% for 12k... which is kinda odd as most other manufacturers seem to give a 2% difference. Oh well... can't wait to pick her up tonight!

Greetings,

Wow! That's awesome. I just leased mine today at 72% after 24 months...the money factor rate was 0.00195 or 4.7% (multiply 0.00195 by 2400 = 4.7%). The lease is only for 24000 miles. Sounds like a great deal...what is the dealer selling it for...invoice? Seek invoice...

Yes DJ you're right, that is what the MF converts to, and i qualified into tier 0...im thinking of increasing to 15k a month instead of 12k, i still have time to adjust the specifics until they deliver the car

DJ u mind PMing about your payment info? We should compare
