My sales guy, John Alton, is a great guy. Pleasure dealing with him when I financed my G back in September 2007 and just recently I realized that my car is missing the cargo net that should have been in the trunk as it's listed included on my window sticker. I called him and he was cool with it - didn't even have to verify me as he remembers me coming in to buy the vehicle. He said he lives out my way so he will personally "swipe" another cargo net from the parts dept and swing it by my house himself on Wednesday with an Infiniti keychain, mug ANDDDD another free oil change voucher with it for the inaccuracy.

Now that's GREAT service. I have 4 non expirable oil change vouchers now which is sweeeet! I plan on buying my own Mobil1 and just using the vouchers for free labor anyway sooo yeah. Just thought I'd share the heads up. Im tryn to get John more business - so heads up to any SouthEast MI potential customers! He will budge as much as he can on price as well. I got my G for about 3k under sticker.

im in sterling hts. went out to novi cause they had black on black and the sales people at infiniti of Troy where kinda snooty/brief with me!

I live in Ypsi Twp. I got mine from Novi just because John was so cool. When I was test driving the G he told me to drive it like I stole it! I went to the dealer in Ann Arbor but everytime I went there was a diffent sales person, that was a little concerning. So I bought from Novi.

 

i got mine at that dealship, from bill though. they are nice people.

 

I also live in Sterling Heights and picked up my G in January.

Good to see a few more G's in the Metro Detroit area. I bought mine from Grand Rapids, they were awesome to deal with and much more competitive than the stealerships in Detroit.
