Leasing Help

I've looking at leasing a new G37. Is this a good deal? I have not yet tried negotiating the sell price, so there may still be room for improvement. My main concern is the milage that I require. I need 25,000 per year. Most of the leases I've seen discussed here are in the 12,000 per year range.

This is the car I'm looking at:
08 G37 coupe 6MT
Platinum Graphite/graphite
Premium pkg
Nav pkg
Illuminated kick panel
splash guards
cargo net
trunk mat
wheel locks

MSRP is $42,694
Edmunds lists invoice as $38,822

39 month term, they will also do a 36 month for me at the same price so as not to incur that extra year of liscense.
$600 per month with no money down.

Looks pretty good to me, considering you are paying $600 with no money down. My car is about $500 a month with $4500 down (I put $3500 and Infiniti gave me that other thousand in loyalty) for 39 months. Then again I did get it almost 3 months ago so I'm sure they're dealing a bit more now. I have premium and sport packages. Is your rate for 12k a year?

No, the $600 rate is based on 25,000 miles per year.
I believe that has got to make a difference in the lease price.

I ran the numbers you have given and assuming a 6% tax rate and 36 month lease, you are getting Invoice on that car. All you are paying is $595 IFS acquisition fee which is never waived. No dealer fees at all.

The payment comes to exactly 600 a month inclusive of taxes!

This is an AWESOME deal, go for it!
