Help with new vehicle price

Hello, I'm new here and was wondering if you guys could help me with my new G37 purchase. I'm looking at a 2008 Infiniti G37 Coupe Journey with the Premium Package MSRP for $39,165.00. I have received two quotes today from two different dealers. The first from the Memphis infiniti dealer $38,428.00 and the second from the Springfield Missouri dealer for 38,386.00. These prices are still higher than i am happy with and i believe the invoice is around 32-34,000. I need to knock these guys further down, preferably 36-37,000. I was wondering what everyone else is paying for these new and what is the best way to approach a salesman to accomplish this. I would appreciate some feedback and some personal experiences, thanks!

you can easily get 500 above invoice if not invoice pricing... its easy... just email as many dealerships as you can... Theres one in Cali that will give you 700 over invoice and ship your car to ya...

Those quotes are ridiculously high. Many people are getting invoice.

Hey bro - why are you guessing on what the invoice is?

Just go to Edmunds.com and price it out to the penny, then you will know exactly.

I copped my G last week, and was able to get it at invoice without too much effort - just call / e-mail around that you are not paying any more than invoice, someone will take you up on it

Good luck!

The car is unreal, you will not be sorry

Or just get it as close to invoice as possible. $100 to $300 isn't much on a $34k to $40k + car.

Those quotes are high. I was able to get my g37 with premium package, nav, and the sports package, for the prices you are getting quoted for the journey with just the premimum package.

I paid $150 over invoice. They offered that to me the minute I walked in the door. Told them what I plan to put down and they took the spoiler off the price also. One of the most problem free dealers I've been to. They said they were there to sell cars, not BS.
